“For Tomorrow belongs to You Everywhere”, a poem from L.Willows (God’s Faithfulness, Mercy, Hope)

“For Tomorrow belongs to You Everywhere” from L.Willows

Lord, we are the voices that call out from here.
Of all the day’s dreams, the needs and the cares.
For Tomorrow belongs to You everywhere.

Here in the seeking, There in love’s keeping,
all in the mending, in The Mercy’s deep bending.
Hope’s full reaching, blessed in beseeching.

There, in hearts’ keeping, here in love’s staying,
All in the flight of calls that kept praying.

And to the fore mercy, tendered heart more.
Now, to the new time, we beseech Godly pour.
Rain full Love’s bounty, Reign in Your good.
Bring forward your Kingdom. Open God’s Door!

Greeting your Love in The Mercy’s deep bending.
Heaven and Earth bear sweet in Your tending.
Lord, we are the voices that call out from here.
For Tomorrow belongs to You everywhere.

Lamentations 3:22 —The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

Revelation 3:20 —Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.

“Running Love’s Joy”, a poem from L.Willows (Believe, God’s Glory, Hope)

Real joy sometimes weeps like waters that fall,
mountains streams seeking homes of new blue
rushing toward freedom that holds it’s true keep,
running love towards the source of joy’s reap.

Real joy sometimes lingers like the afternoon sun
wise and patient, slow, in love’s glow.
It sees golden glory through all the clouds,
it tells of God’s Story, the enduring enshroud.

Real joy sometimes races like a child in games glee
wandering, wondering, filled with such hope.
There we see everyone’s longing to be
in the arms of forever, with Tomorrow’s jubilee.

Real joy sometimes keeps its sweetness in the wind,
embracing, effacing, displaying designs-
gusting glad motion; lifting ravine divines.
A gift for us, dancing, Love running through time.

Speak my heart, hope –
it longs, it lasts,
throughout and until
in these times, Love casts.

Let me be like a child,
taking sweet cover
in the great mist
of our God’s Great Hover.
How His peace stills,
how it becomes
like a sky wrapping
soft clouds in its’ other.

Speak my heart – hope,
it longs, it prays.
Whisper calls of Your Splendor,
bows low with praise.

Tomorrow –find blessings
for each and for all,
in the new dawn day sweetness
of Love’s mighty call.

Let me run like your child
on the wind clouds
of time
with eyes set upon
the Glory sublime.

Speak my heart, hope
it will live and outlast
season through season
in eternity’s vast.
