“The Kingdom’s Invite”, a worship Poem from L.Willows (Jesus Christ, Grace, Joy, Blessing)

The Kingdom’s Invite

The only reason that we wake
is for God’s Glory, for all Love’s sake.
Not to linger, nor to grieve,
in the shadows of life’s mortal weave.

We joy in the beauty, we soak in the Light,
The Cause that makes us walk upright.
For all endure that pierced the night,
His Love does shine with The Kingdom’s invite.

The reason bearing all heart’s care
unearths from wearing mercy’s share,
Not to hold, to keep, or to own,
but Lord, to let such Love be shown.

We joy in the Beauty, we soak in the Light,
The Cause that makes us walk upright.
For all endure that pierced the night,
His Love does shine with The Kingdom’s invite.

Here from the blessing in the Spirit of Grace
Love brightens the day, in the dawn’s birthplace.
We rise in joy and wake to walk free,
called by His Glory from the forever decree.

1 Peter 5:10 —And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

Romans 5:5 —and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

1 Peter 3-6 –Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,  to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials,

“The Joy”, a worship poem from L.Willows (See Jesus, Holiness of God, God’s Peace)

The Joy

We live for, we love for
The times that Joy seeks
Hope in the prayers,
In the dreams that we keep.

Whispered in the twilight,
Held through the night,
Born in bright trails
of starlight’s deep sleep.

Here is the peace of
Holy- Love’s send.
Season, the deep dive
that tenders the soul’s mend.

Hope, in the night winds
carried by Dawn’s song.
Soft comes the Light
that The Joy brings along.

“Running With The Wind”, a poem by L.Willows (Holiness of God, The Joy, Holy Spirit)

Running With The Wind

Leaping towards heaven in wondrous beseech
are the prayers of our hearts,
with longing, they reach.

Held in the palm of God’s heart in His keep,
love lifts spinning skyward,
running home in the deep.

In the midst of it all, we mount not in vain,
There, everywhere,
God Reigns. God Reigns.

Running with the Wind, we sing out Holy praise.
There, in becoming with
The Joy of all days.

Sending, His Kingdom from a reach that reigns Love,
for all to re-gather
by His will from above.

Certain in the calling from His Name in the skies.
There we proclaim,
with our heart tears baptized.
