“Eternity’s Prayer”, from L.Willows

Lord lead our hearts.
Bring us faithfully together in your love.
Find us at the gate that leads to peace.
Help us to bend our hearts and lives to your will.

Spirit grant us wisdom.
Open our eyes that we can see.
Find us where we are and gift holy sight.
Show us your glory and light our paths forward.

Christ Be known.
Love, come forward within us and before us all.
Break our hearts, Lord to make our hearts yours.
Sweetly and deeply, forever your own.

In Jesus Name

Romans 12:1-2
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

John 1:14
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Psalm 24:9
Lift up your heads, O gates, And lift them up, O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in!

“We walk through God’s Door”…a worship poem by LWillows

Take one thousand years, the ones etched in all hearts
the longest forever’s, the keepsakes, life’s’ parts.
Then empty the chambers of all that pulls back
what hides and winds secrets of pain and love’s lack.

Lord, these are the hearts that most dearly need you
The broken, the suffering, lives lived deeply through.
My own just as all, pressed with trials darkly set
Taken, then lost, shaken from night’s epithet.

Oh Heart, carve a place for forgiveness to dwell.
Let the past fall to to Now in His Mercy’s groundswell.
May each come to bare in the innocence of
a sweetness that comforts with Limitless Love.

Thousand years to forever we all join the fore
Emboldened, entrusted to walk through God’s Door.
Bare me, Lord dare me; I would walk, I would do…
All in your namesake, Lord. Lead us to You.
