“Heart Breaking, God Quaking”, from L. Willows (Lament, God’s Peace, Holiness)

All held dear does fall with ache,
Inside out, each fragment breaks.
Breathing halts to form a pause
Unseen is birthing a Holy Cause.

Would this moment not forsake
All my heart’s dear loved in a quake.
But rather lift another Body Of,
Apart from something, some part of Love.

Take away this day what values not
The treasures gained in life’s onslaught.
Here in soliloquy humbled -Thine,
Is soul that bends this day, Your brine.

Heart breaking, God quaking
Holy falling into –
the unseen, the valley, the pasture that waits;
All of His Gardens, His Treasured Estates.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”
—John 14:27

“Let your steadfast love comfort me according to your promise to your servant.”
—Psalm 119:76

“If I say, ‘Surely the darkness shall cover me, and the light about me be night,’ even the darkness is not dark to you; the night is bright as the day, for darkness is as light with you.”
—Psalm 139:11-12

“Holy Falling”, from L. Willows (Lament, God’s Peace, Holiness)

All held dear may bend with ache,
Inside out, the fragments break.
Breathing halts to form a pause,
the unseen is birthing a Holy cause.

How this moment does forsake
All heart possessions in it’s quake.
Yet here it lifts Love’s Body of,
Apart from all, the sum of Love.

The treasures lost in life’s onslaught.
Lay down as dust in the new day, wrought.
Here in soliloquy, humbled as Thine,
Hearts are Life-given, soaked in God’s brine.

Heart shaking, God waking, Holy falling into –
the unseen, the valley, the pasture that waits;
to all of His Gardens, His Treasured Estates.

Isaiah 40:28 “Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth…”

Isaiah 40:28
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.

We are loved by a Creator that reaches to us with each part of Himself, with each created part-His Nature, His own being, His beauty, His Love, His tenderness, His healing, His forgiveness, His restoration, His renewal and more- His invitation to Be Loved…as His Own, in the Mercy and Faith of life as His sons and daughters In Christ, His Beloved by the Power of His Spirit that He put into the hearts of each of us before we were formed at birth. How can we not hear Him? How can our hearts not know?
