“Love More”, a worship poem from L.Willows

What more can we do, they asked, she thought.
Hearts have been bound, lost quaking, times round.
What can one find in the seeming ash winds?
Is all too blurred for the day to be found.

Where speaks the heart in the midst of such pain,
lost in a wilderness found with no gain.
Rising to ask in the dawn bearing hope.
Love must be born from the storm, in elope.

Hearts have been found, some lives to ground.
We ask for God’s mercy, His way to love more,
to enter, a grace that gives mercy’s restore.

Pray into the more of how we can walk.
Help us to invoke, to restore when we talk.
Forgive us, reroute us. Lord, teach our hearts.
Motion Love more- make us It’s parts.

Phillippians 1:6
Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Lamentations 3:22

Romans 5:5
Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

“Bring to the Fore with Mercy’s Attend”, from L.Willows

There are some walking, with footsteps unheard
In the distance a softness, a rumbling from behind
Shuffling in silence beyond what is seen
Hearts have been broken, times have been lean.

Off in the background, far from the front
Back in the distance, they seem restrained.
These are the hearts, they- do not cry fail
Suffering they silence from times in life’s assail.

Can we love these hearts – full round found and brought forth
Bind them together with prayers in love’s girth.
Bring to the fore with mercy’s attend,
Lord, bear your love for, the ones at the end.

These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.

Isaiah 61:1
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
