“The Joy”, a worship poem from L.Willows (See Jesus, Holiness of God, God’s Peace)

The Joy

We live for, we love for
The times that Joy seeks
Hope in the prayers,
In the dreams that we keep.

Whispered in the twilight,
Held through the night,
Born in bright trails
of starlight’s deep sleep.

Here is the peace of
Holy- Love’s send.
Season, the deep dive
that tenders the soul’s mend.

Hope, in the night winds
carried by Dawn’s song.
Soft comes the Light
that The Joy brings along.
