My soul does dance in breaths that soar,
far beyond and through all sacred lore.
How do I feel when the heavens mist?
Dear God, it is like the sweetest kiss.
My soul lifts more into Your arms
and dance, I do with earth-born charms.
It matters not at all that I
Would motion all the sky to cry.
Not to weep for sadness due
But for the joy of knowing You.
This my dance forever, until
all joins, is Yours, is freedom’s will.

In soundless tears my soul did weep
and reached towards bold love’s sweet keep
within a brightened canopy of stars
The Lord spilled grace upon mortal scars.
They fell into cloudburst of white light
that danced through my heart with gentle might.
The joy did follow ever after that night
When bare I was, in the Lord’s Graced sight.
Healed dear, as a child, in the arms of The Dove;
My soul then twined and found in His Love.
Each tear caste away in forever’s foreplay….
Oh Lord, mark the night, for You Rule Heaven’s Day.

I feel a dance within my heart,
pure light does move my limbs;
arms reach high and lift to sky-
leaps and turns peel out to fly.
All that hinders fall behind,
all that wanders comes to find-
this, the dance of all twining mankind;
Oh the joy that soaks Love’s brine.
When I thus dance within my soul
I see you therein, Each, All, too;
lifting me up and out into the blue-
casting my flight into heaven’s sweet pew.
All that binds me now must fray,
all that blinds me pray, fall away;
in this dance of the soul’s sacred way-
Oh find me Love, in the deep prayer of Today.
