“In The Arms of Grace”, a poem from L.Willows (Grace, Hope in God, A New Day)

In The Arms of Grace

Somewhere,
in the day that tomorrow brings,
I see you smiling.
Your eyes are sparkling with the dances
that light in a new horizon.

You are gathering,
swelling, like waters that fill into rivers
that pour Love into view,
You are new.

Somewhere,
in the day that tomorrow brings
I see you healed,
your sweetened heart revealed.
In an eternal embrace,
you are in the arms of grace.

There you are,
in the dawn
that rises up to meet you,
wrapped by tender mercies
and a blanket of prayers.

There.
Entwined, encouraged, and seen.
You are with each good thing.
You are inside of hope’s dream.
There. I see you.

There you are.
dear beloved,
not a far smile away
,
waking in the Promise of a bold new Day.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 —He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

Isaiah 43:18-19 —“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

“Grace in The Dawn”, a worship poem from L.Willows (A New Day, God’s Beauty, Abiding)

Grace in The Dawn

I hear You in the sweet airs lift,
in the hum of a distant rustles’ drift.
Winged creatures live in Your midst.
Symphonies singing God’s Heart love-kissed.

In a garden paradise untouched by me,
You speak a language of mystery.
Your songs unfold from within the green,
Formed in the beauty of mirrors unseen.

Grace in the dawn, in the light of a new day,
Found in the dew that reflects heaven’s ray.
Love greets, life welcomes, in all we find You.
And there, amidst all, hearts abide in God’s pew.

Colossians 1:16-17 –For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

Ecclesiastes 1:11 – He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

Songs of The Dawn

Songs of The Dawn

Torrents of heart prayers lift up as love
Entrusted as seedlings to our God from above.
There, with wings that take flight with His doves
Skies are seasoned with reasons thereof.

Rising like dances in a blessing’s sweet roam.
Heavenly doors open in The Promise from Home.
Captured in the miracles of Your Love’s holy pour,
all is covered, taken, in a hush that breathes more.

Songs of the dawn, our prayers soak in love,
Entrusted as seedlings to our God above.
Here, with longings that ache to pray
Choruses whisper, they rise up each day.

1 John 15:14-15 –And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.

Isaiah 65:24 –Before they call I will answer; while they are yet speaking I will hear.

Isaiah 41:10 –The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”
