“In The Arms of Grace”, a poem from L.Willows (Grace, Hope in God, A New Day)

In The Arms of Grace

Somewhere,
in the day that tomorrow brings,
I see you smiling.
Your eyes are sparkling with the dances
that light in a new horizon.

You are gathering,
swelling, like waters that fill into rivers
that pour Love into view,
You are new.

Somewhere,
in the day that tomorrow brings
I see you healed,
your sweetened heart revealed.
In an eternal embrace,
you are in the arms of grace.

There you are,
in the dawn
that rises up to meet you,
wrapped by tender mercies
and a blanket of prayers.

There.
Entwined, encouraged, and seen.
You are with each good thing.
You are inside of hope’s dream.
There. I see you.

There you are.
dear beloved,
not a far smile away
,
waking in the Promise of a bold new Day.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 —He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

Isaiah 43:18-19 —“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

“Designed from Above”, a worship poem from L.Willows (only Jesus, Today, in Holiness)

Designed from Above

Vessel mine clay,
poured into by Love
With heart etched inlay
Designed from above.

Where begins mine
And where begins thine
In all that is formed
In the name of God’s shrine.

Wound from His threads,
Spun with golden dew,
Each Morning brings hope
With Christ in my view.

Rain, Reign, thou instill,
Become and fill-
Love, embrace this, our clay
and make holy this day.

Ephesians 2:10 —For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Isaiah 64:8 —But now, O Lord, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You our potter; and all we are the work of Your hand.

Psalm 95: 6-7 —Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today, if you hear his voice.

When love comes near us
our hearts part, we bend
like the palm branches
that swoon to attend.
Here is a Kingdom,
One Heaven for the earth.
Here is a Life calling,
a song of rebirth.

When love comes near us
our hearts part, we bend,
fallen from places
that needed to mend.
Here is a Kingdom,
a passage to peace
Life calling grace forward
that joy may release.

When love comes near us
our hearts part, we bend,
seeking, like children
we lean in, we depend.
Here, in Love’s Kingdom
in the reign of such grace
by the cover of Heaven
we live in the embrace.

Daniel 2:44
And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever,

Matthew 25:34
Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

Matthew 19:14
But Jesus said, “Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” The Lord will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one Lord, and his name the only name.

Luke 17:21
Nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”
