“We Dance in The Air” a poem from L.Willows (Hope, God’s Faithfulness, See Jesus)

We Dance in the Air

Come, Dance again
In the motion of
comes Holy the tide,
From where, from There.

Aiming towards
a gathered love,
Hearts leap in hope-
so near, so bare.

Surged to home
in the Until we reach
to heaven’s edge-
And There we dare.

Home amongst
God’s gathered found,
Called to Light
In Love’s rebound.

Motioned by prayer
above holy ground,
There we dance;
We dance in the air.

Job 35:5 “Look at the heavens and see; And behold the clouds—they are higher than you.

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.

“Would that I had Danced for You”, a poem by Linda Willows

Would that I had danced for you,
become muse in the spirit of grace and its hue.
Danced before and after the music sang through,
as heaven crossed into the earth in a joyful debut.

Arms fall up and limbs would lift,
caressed by some other, wrapped in Gods drift.
partnered, wooed by a sweet holy gift,
oh, I danced, music swept; my soul -it was kissed.

My bones and flesh, they are God’s design.
Motion all blessed; it was not mine.
Surely all joy in a mystery divine.
mine to unfold, His Love to entwine.

Would that I still had time to dance,
or ever might, could there still be a chance?
You would see my soul lift and the rapture of love,
a dancer’s heart filled; all wrapped from Above.
