Praising on This Holy Day

Lord, we reach to you with Praise on this holy day,
our heads bowed before the majesty of your glory.
We gather with hearts filled with gratitude
for all that we have been given by your grace and spirit.
We praise you for the bounty and beauty of this day,
for wonder, tender mercies and for your Holy presence amidst.
Lord, we praise you for the fullness of your Love.

Your Beloved heart loves and reaches men, women, and children everywhere.
You hear every prayer. You answer our calls.
You save us in the darkest of nights and in hours of the early dawn.
You are a guardian that keeps us safe and protected throughout all times.
You are constant.
We can call upon you and know that your strength and power is there, here.
Your promises are kept. Help us to be promise keepers as well.
You fill our hearts will the power of your word and your love.

Lead us towards Peace.
Give us minds and hearts with peaceful ways towards one another and all of life.
Help us to be individuals, families, and communities that live love together and outward.
Help us to have merciful hearts and lives that harvest mercy.
Help us to discern and know the ways of goodness in this world.
Be our Shepherd Lord, and guide us each day.

May we not cause you to weep, Lord.
Though you have reason to bend over this ark of yours
and stretch over the skies with your great arm and stir the winds,
Love us with the Forgiveness that as you always embraced us with.
You, alone have the power to lift and raise us all to you because you are one that redeems and saves. Place us securely in your loving care.

You caused us to be born, to hear your voice, to come to grace.
By your Spirit, we are born to eternal love.
Lord, we ask that our hearts be like empty cups, able to receive.
Let us be humbled by knowing our weakness and dependence upon you
who is our great Shepherd, the source of all strength,
all confidence and all that is everlasting.

Help us, Lord, to heal what is wounding within.
Help us to be gentle, soft and kind to one another,
To learn to live as brother and sister in a world that is disconnecting faster than it appears to be unifying.
Help us to deepen in faith as we face challenges in life.
When trials come upon us. Lord- turn our hearts to you.
May you be our constant view.

Lord, we are giving you praise. Let us all become the Beloveds of you.
Help us to tender our hearts so that we are supple servants.

We praise your goodness, the everlasting way that directs all towards Light.
We give thanks for the generosity of God.
We offer gratitude and praise for the grace of God.
We bow before the divine Holiness of God.
We honor the Kingdom of God and its Glory forever.
And offer everlasting thankfulness
to Our Lord and King for His sacrifice on this Holy Day.

In Jesus Name, Amen
