I Long to Feel the Wind Once More
I long to feel the wind once more,
The crashing wave of life against
My heart’s most hidden and thirsty core.
I alone must seal the cry
Of history’s winding relentless roar.
I call, fallout, curl into grace and sigh
I must breathe the Divine for Godly restore.
Bring forward the Winds that carry me back to Mine
That quake to find us and bring Sacred bind.

A lovely poem, Linda – I love the phrase, “curl into grace and sigh”; very beautiful wording. The photo is a stunning complement to the poem – very nicely done. ~ Julie 🙂
